ShopBack Group is Asia-Pacific’s leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform expanding into North America. This role is based in Austin, Texas, with relocation support.

You will own a portfolio of strategic merchant relationships, negotiate terms, and drive revenue growth while partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Product to shape the business development strategy. You’ll lead renewals, expansions, and cross-account initiatives, bringing monetization expertise and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Proven track record structuring and closing complex commercial deals.
• Data-driven and able to explain the 'why' behind recommendations.
• Leadership-ready with the desire and capability to step into a leadership role.
• AI-native and comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant relationships.
• Lead renewals and expansions across key accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on campaigns and deal structuring.
• Represent Business Development at the senior level with merchant partners.
• Contribute to Business Development strategy and reporting for leadership.
