Amazon Creator Services is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to own end-to-end deal operations and drive licensing of digital content across SVOD/AVOD. You will manage external engagements with creators and rights holders, while coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Marketing to maximize value.

This role requires deep experience in content licensing, deal structuring, and cross-functional program management within Amazon's entertainment ecosystem.

Competenze

• 7+ years of account management, business development, content licensing or finance experience.
• 6+ years of entertainment deal making with studios, networks, or distributors.
• 5+ years experience negotiating, structuring, and closing licensing or content acquisition agreements with rights holders

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end deal operations from intake through decision.
• Lead external engagements with creators, agents, and managers.
• Negotiate, structure, and close licensing agreements with rights holders.
• Evaluate deal economics and performance with Finance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across BD, Finance, Legal/BA, and Marketing.
• Prepare greenlight memos and present recommendations.
