Job summary

TetraMem in San Jose is seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue by translating our AI hardware and SoC value into compelling customer solutions. You will align sales strategies with product roadmap and market positioning, leading engagements from prospecting through design win and production ramp.

You'll manage global accounts, build relationships with Tier-1 OEMs and ecosystem partners, and collaborate with product marketing to shape messaging and go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI hardware, or embedded systems sales or business development.
• Proven track record of closing design wins with Tier-1 OEMs or system integrators.
• Strong technical acumen to explain SoC, NPU, or AI accelerator solutions.
• Experience selling into audio, video, edge AI, or IoT markets preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand TetraMem's value proposition, differentiators, and product roadmap to position solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target verticals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Tier-1 customers, OEMs, and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align sales messaging with customer needs and market trends.
• Provide actionable voice-of-customer feedback to Product Marketing and R&D.
• Develop and execute account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline management to hit revenue targets.
• Lead customer engagements from prospecting through design win, production ramp, and expansion.
• Negotiate and close complex, long-cycle deals involving hardware, software, and licensing.
• Represent TetraMem at conferences and events to generate leads.
