Qualifications

• Familiar with segment ecosystem and key customers' decision processes.
• Ability to build trust and take critical decisions under pressure.
• Data-driven decision making with multidisciplinary inputs.
• Understanding end-to-end Fab operation and industry knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategies to achieve AGS financial goals.
• Formulate and align segment strategy with regional heads and HQ.
• Support regional teams to achieve SNLC targets.
• Own profitability and market share for segment; guide deal structure.
• Drive sPDP adoption and manage Phase Gates.
• Coordinate pricing with Pricing team and align with SPG/SBU.
• Position service during FiF/NPI and campaign planning.
• Manage customer experience during SCLA visits.
