Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new opportunities in the cold storage and industrial refrigeration markets across North America.

You will lead outbound prospecting, build executive relationships, and position Innovative early in project lifecycles. This role requires 5+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, and a proven ability to generate and win large, complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Ability to travel regularly for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities across core markets with a focus on cold storage.
• Own the front end of the sales process from contact to qualification.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and serve as trusted advisor.
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
