Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Development to support Corporate, M&A and Securities practices across the US. The hybrid role may be based in Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio, TX with occasional in-office presence required.

You will coordinate marketing materials, client development, events, and thought leadership in collaboration with lawyers and the PR team. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building and project-management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or nine years of professional experience in marketing or BD.
Minimum of two years of law firm, professional services, or marketing business development experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production of client-targeted marketing materials for Corporate, M&A and Securities teams.
Identify and develop opportunities with target clients for assigned practices and regional client teams.
Plan and report on industry conferences, sponsorships, client events and seminars.
Draft and coordinate submissions for directories and surveys; prep for interviews with lead lawyers.
Coordinate client alerts, articles and thought-leadership outputs with PR involvement.
