Job summary
A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking a Senior BCBA to join our clinical team serving Fayetteville, NC and surrounding communities. Lead behavior intervention planning and supervise RBTs in a BHCOE-accredited, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications
- BCBA certification required and NC licensure preferred.
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication with families and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze treatment data.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Train parents, caregivers, and educational staff on behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with speech therapists and mental health clinicians.
- Participate in clinical case conceptualization and team development.
- Maintain strong communication with families and stakeholders.
