A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking a Senior BCBA to join our clinical team serving Fayetteville, NC and surrounding communities. Lead behavior intervention planning and supervise RBTs in a BHCOE-accredited, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and NC licensure preferred.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze treatment data.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Train parents, caregivers, and educational staff on behavioral strategies.
• Collaborate with speech therapists and mental health clinicians.
• Participate in clinical case conceptualization and team development.
