Job summary
Education Management Group (EMG) in Fayetteville, NC seeks a compassionate BCBA to lead clinical teams and oversee ABA services for children with autism. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train families, and ensure ethical, data-driven practice.

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
- Meets NC credentialing/licensure requirements
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction and skill acquisition
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning and parent training
- Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
Responsibilities
- Oversee an assigned ABA caseload with clinical leadership
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and BIPs
- Review data and make data-driven treatment modifications
- Monitor client progress and provide clinical recommendations
- Ensure services meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs and technicians
- Support staff in implementing treatment programs with fidelity
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews and consultations
- Collaborate with families, schools and healthcare providers
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain records per company and payer requirements
- Participate in authorizations and treatment reviews
- Maintain BACB ethical standards compliance
