Job summary
Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead advanced clinical services in home-based settings. You will mentor clinicians, shape clinical quality, and support families in real-world environments.
You’ll supervise, coach, and collaborate across teams, practicing assent-based, child-centered care. This role emphasizes leadership with strong regional support, ongoing training, and sustainable, ethical practice.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Active state licensure (where applicable).
- Minimum of 4+ years of ABA experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Extensive experience delivering home-based ABA services.
- Strong clinical judgment, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex FBAs and develop comprehensive BIPs.
- Provide advanced clinical oversight for home-based programs.
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs, ACSs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians.
- Coach clinicians on data analysis, treatment fidelity, and ethical decision-making.
- Partner with families to support caregiver training and skill generalization.
- Guide teams through proactive behavior support and crisis prevention.
