Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home and community-based practice in Springfield, MA and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes assent-based, child-centered ABA with strong clinical leadership to support growth and sustainability.

The position offers flexible scheduling, supportive mentorship, and pathways to higher BCBA roles, with a focus on collaborative, ethical care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification current and in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Utilize Vineland-3 and other standardized tools for assessments.
• Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decisions.
• Coach and model evidence-based strategies for caregivers and technicians.
• Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams; participate in clinical meetings.
