Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA-licensed clinician to lead ABA-based assessments, develop PBIPs, and supervise Behavior Technicians across clinics in California. You will conduct FBAs, analyze data, and coordinate with families to ensure consistent interventions.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Psychology or Education and BCBA certification, with strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and PBIPs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate ABA needs.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes and design PBIPs.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for cohesive interventions.
