Job summary

Proficio Therapy Group seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services in San Jose, CA. The role involves conducting skills assessments, FBAs, and designing PBIPs tailored to each client’s goals.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, coordinate with families and schools, and ensure ethical, high-quality client care. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, along with strong data-driven collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA and experience with behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients using comprehensive skills assessments and FBAs.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Coordinate with families, schools, and clinics for cohesive interventions.
• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with insurance for assessments and service authorizations.
