Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is a mission-driven therapy organization expanding across CA and beyond. San Jose, CA-based role focuses on assessing needs, FBAs, PBIPs, and data-driven treatment adjustments for children and families.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and professionals, and participate in case reviews and staff trainings to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior assessment.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine ABA service need.
• Conduct FBAs to identify causes and design PBIPs.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized PBIPs and teaching programs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and clinics for consistency.
• Coordinate case management with insurance for authorizations.
• Train new hires on ABA concepts and session management.
• Stay current with ABA research and quality improvement.
