Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Behavior Analyst to design and oversee individualized behavior support plans for students aged 5–21. You will guide clinical teams through assessment, data analysis, and plan implementation to help every student thrive.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification, with at least two years developing and implementing behavior programs. You will lead and mentor staff while collaborating with families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• At least two years of experience developing and implementing behavior programs.
• Eligibility to meet BCBA supervision standards within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Consultants and clinical staff.
• Review and analyze behavioral data to guide program adjustments.
• Lead staff training on behavior intervention and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success.
