Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Behavior Analyst to design and oversee individualized behavior support plans for students aged 5–21. You will guide clinical teams through assessment, data analysis, and plan implementation to help every student thrive.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification, with at least two years developing and implementing behavior programs. You will lead and mentor staff while collaborating with families to support student success.
