Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral supports across Day and Residential programs in Massachusetts. You will coordinate ABA analyses, assessments, and behavior plans, while guiding DSPs and managers in documentation and Plan implementation.

The role emphasizes data review, staff training, and collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure compliance with DDS regulations and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and an approved supervisor by the BACB.
• Minimum of three years of professional ABA experience and two years in a progressive management role (Master's level).
• Must be 21+ years old, have a valid driver’s license, daily car on site and be reachable by phone.

Responsibilities

• Develop Universal Positive Behavioral Supports for consumers, staff and stakeholders.
• Create and implement PBSP/PBIP behavior plans.
• Develop psychotropic medication treatment plans for clinically diagnosed individuals.
• Review and interpret data frequently to ensure appropriate treatment.
• Conduct FBAs using interviews and observation; perform FA when approved.
