Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for diverse clients in Kansas. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and clinical teams to ensure holistic, evidence-based care.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and contribute to program development. The right candidate holds an active BCBA, a relevant Master's degree, and strong communication and documentation skills aimed at achieving meaningful

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
