The organization provides onboarding, ongoing CEUs, and a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $90,000-$110,000 and a $21,600 annual bonus potential. Fully at-will employment with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB
• Criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical; immunities may be required
• Ability to supervise clinicians and coordinate caseloads
• Experience designing ABA programs and supervising staff

Responsibilities

• Lead Behavior Technicians with supervision ensuring fidelity of treatment plans
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs; monitor client progress
• Provide parent education and support to families
• Balance supervision needs with direct clinical work and program development
