Job summary

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care for a caseload, supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partner directly with families to drive meaningful progress. You will design individualized treatment plans and guide clinical decisions according to BACB standards.

The role offers hybrid flexibility with up to 50% telehealth, attainable bonuses up to $21,600/year, and a comprehensive onboarding program along with ongoing CEUs and a supportive clinical

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through BACB
• Active LBA certification in North Carolina issued by NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for caseload with supervision of Behavior Technicians and Program Managers
• Design individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families
• Drive progress through FBAs and ABA programs
• Ensure therapy plans are implemented with fidelity and clinical integrity
