Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and program staff preferred.
• Clinical leadership and client-focused decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for your caseload, designing individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers to ensure fidelity.
• Partner with families to drive progress and provide parent education.
• Drive evidence-based ABA programs and perform FBAs as needed.
