Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC seeks a Lead BCBA in Minnesota to oversee clinical teams, conduct assessments, and design intervention plans for individuals with autism. You will coach staff, provide training to caregivers, and drive clinical excellence in collaboration with the Clinic Director and CCOE.

Applicants must be a licensed BCBA with 3+ years of BCBA experience; 5+ years in ABA for autism is preferred. The role requires on-site work at our Minnesota clinics with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed where applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years working as a BCBA.
• 5+ years experience in applied behavior analysis with autism preferred.
• Master’s degree required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interpret results for stakeholders.
• Develop and update treatment plans and goals.
• Supervise clinical teams and provide BST and guidance.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers on programs.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and Caravel policies.
