Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Minnesota. You will conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and oversee clinical teams to ensure high-quality care for individuals with autism.

You will coach BCBA and BT staff, coordinate with families, ensure compliance with BACB ethics, and contribute to ongoing clinical training and program development. Travel to client homes may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA and state-licensed where required.
• Minimum 3 years as BCBA; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience delivering ABA services to clients with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and design intervention plans.
• Oversee clinical teams and supervise BCBA/BT staff.
• Provide training and coaching to caregivers and teammates.
• Collaborate with families to implement effective programming.
• Ensure adherence to BACB Ethics and Caravel policies.
• Engage in performance reviews, goal setting, and project work.
