The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for a caseload in a multidisciplinary ABA setting. You will assess skills, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and coach caregivers to support client progress.

Based in California with potential telehealth options, the role requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, and experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the BACB required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsabilités

• Promote optimal outcomes through clinical judgment and treatment planning.
• Develop and update treatment plans monthly based on patient response.
• Direct behavior technicians and provide ongoing coaching to caregivers.
• Coordinate care with professionals inside and outside CARD.
