Job summary

MeBe is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead clinical excellence at our Chantilly Learning Center. You’ll review programming, mentor BCBAs, and ensure top-notch care while keeping sessions engaging and fun.

Key duties include meeting weekly billable targets, conducting initial assessments and FBAs, maintaining a two-tiered caseload, and participating in leadership trainings to support the Site Director. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
• External Applicants: Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA.
• Internal Applicants: Minimum of 1 year, post-certification, as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly billable requirement on a consistent basis.
• Work 4 days weekly onsite.
• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs.
• Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload.
• Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs to improve client progress.
• Participate in monthly leadership development trainings to assist Site Director or step in during their absence.
