MeBe in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead clinical teams and mentor junior BCBAs across our learning centers. You will review treatment plans, supervise data-driven programming, and ensure high-quality care for children with autism and related needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years post-certification experience, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Minimum 3 years post-certification experience as a supervisor/BCBA.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Review and refine clinical programming and documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and support staff.
• Ensure high-quality care and data-driven decision making across centers.
