Job summary

Proud Moments is seeking a Clinical Lead to support our Southeast VA clinics in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Newport News. You will assist development and implementation of clinical programs and share clinical quality responsibilities with the Regional Clinical Director, including training BCBAs and mentoring fieldwork students.

The role requires BCBA licensure, a Master’s in a related field, and at least five years as a BCBA with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license.
• Five+ years as a BCBA with supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise BCBAs and mentor fieldwork students.
• Commitment to evidence-based ABA and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Direct BCBA supervision and support for regional staff.
• Onboard and train behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCBAs.
• Provide regular guidance and mentorship to BCBAs in the region.
• Lead group supervision for BACB fieldwork students.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on clinical quality initiatives.
• Assist families and BCBAs with adherence to treatment plans.
• Travel 20% to training locations monthly.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting of clinical progress.
• Maintain caseloads based on regional needs.
