Job summary

MeBe in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead clinical teams and mentor junior BCBAs across our learning centers. You will review treatment plans, supervise data-driven programming, and ensure high-quality care for children with autism and related needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years post-certification experience, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Minimum 3 years post-certification experience as a supervisor/BCBA.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills essential.

The Senior BCBA is the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. This role is all about sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and making sure clinical care is top-notch—all while keeping the learning process engaging and fun! You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.

About What You’ll Work On:

Clinical Excellence Duties:

• Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 on a consistent basis

• Support the team to ensure clinical metrics met

• Participate in monthly leadership development trainings to assist Site Director or step in during their absence

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB

• Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

• Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
