Job summary

Intermountain Centers in Phoenix, AZ seeks a BCBA Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership, supervision of BATs and staff, and ensure delivery of evidence-based ABA services across clinic and in-home settings.

The role partners with operations, maintains compliance with AHCCCS, BACB, AZ Board, and payer requirements, supports program development, supervision practices, risk management, and quality assurance to achieve excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA or related field.
• Minimum four years of ABA experience with two years supervisory experience.
• BCBA certification and AZ Board licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff per state/licensure rules.
• Ensure services align with evidence-based practices and medical necessity.
• Review treatment plans and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Offer case consultation on complex cases and risk management.
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and care coordinators.
• Maintain regulatory, payer, and organizational compliance; participate in audits.
