Job summary

Intermountain Centers in Phoenix seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical oversight, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services. You will promote regulatory compliance, coordinate with the Clinical Director, and support staff development and performance in line with AHCCCS, BACB, and Arizona Board requirements.

The role emphasizes staff training, chart audits, and timely documentation while maintaining appropriate caseload and service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of ABA experience with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Licensed BCBA and licensed by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical oversight and supervision to ABA staff to ensure service quality.
• Reviews referrals for clinical appropriateness before submission.
• Leads recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintains regulatory and documentation standards per AHCCCS, BACB and state requirements.
• Documents progress notes and ensures accurate billing codes.
• Attends team and management meetings and provides ongoing staff training.
