Job summary

Intermountain Centers seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services in Arizona. You will collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality service delivery, and staff development.

This role requires extensive supervision experience, adherence to BACB guidelines, and licensing by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Four years of related ABA experience and two years of supervisory experience.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners

Responsibilities

Coaches staff to develop proactive, family-centered treatment plans.
Reviews referrals for clinical appropriateness prior to submission.
Supports implementation of current best practice models.
Participates in recruitment and hiring of new staff.
Provides regular supervision to staff on assessment, service planning and counseling.
Manages member assignments to meet caseload requirements.
Documents progress notes using appropriate billing codes and reports for funding sources.
Ensures chart audits and outcome measures are properly conducted.
Maintains member records in accordance with funding source requirements.
Performs other duties related to clinical supervision.
