Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) in Fall River, MA seeks a Center-Based BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services for children. You will perform FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families in a center-based setting designed to support ethical decision-making and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing (required).
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required, where applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments (e.g., Vineland-3).
• Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Supervise, coach, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure fidelity.
• Partner with caregivers through training and collaboration to promote skill generalization.
• Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when clinically necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners.
• Participate in staff meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• In some regions, mentor Associate Clinical Supervisors or individuals accruing supervision hours toward BCBA certification.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
