Job summary

ITS, LLC is seeking a Battlespace Awareness Operator (BSA-E) – 24x7 Operations Support in Springfield, VA. The role delivers mission status updates, conducts anomaly investigations, and provides actionable decision support to senior leadership in a high-tempo environment.

Required: Bachelor’s with 4+ years or Master’s with 2+ years (or 8+ years in lieu); active TS/SCI with CI Poly; on-site at a Government facility; 12-hour shifts across days and nights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience, or Master’s with 2+ years, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2 years of Space Operations experience.
• Experience with orbital mechanics concepts and astrodynamics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 operations with 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights).
• Monitor space-domain threats and high-interest events.
• Develop COAs for mission decision-making and briefing senior leadership.
