Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support quality strategies for future assembly and manufacturing systems, focusing on control plans, SPC, PFMEA, and risk mitigation under senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to implement quality standards in battery-powered tool production. The role requires a BS in quality/mechanical/electrical engineering and 3+ years in related fields,

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
3+ years of highly successful experience in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

Support development of system-level control plans and risk mitigation plans for Advanced Manufacturing Systems.
Execute DOE's to support full-system SPC strategies.
Ensure alignment of control plan elements and processes for assigned programs to enable data connectivity.
Perform defect root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
Develop PFMEAs for assigned systems and support prevention/detection controls.
Plan and execute MSAs including Gage R&R to verify measurement systems.
