Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop robust processes for power tool battery products, reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Advanced Manufacturing. The role focuses on cost, quality and throughput improvements within a team setting.

You will lead projects, collaborate with design engineers and suppliers, evaluate new technologies, perform analyses, and ensure manufacturability. Domestic/international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Advanced computer knowledge: MS Office and SolidWorks/AutoCAD/NX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality, and throughput goals.
• Lead manufacturing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Work with equipment suppliers to deliver custom processing solutions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare engineering samples and perform analyses to prove process capability.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (about 20%).
