Qualifications

• Experience with battery cell and component-level stress testing.
• Familiar with safety protocols and testing standards.
• Ability to design and document SOPs.
• Capable of recording, analyzing, and reporting test results.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and thermal test setups.

Responsabilités

• Prepare test samples, instrumentation, and fixtures for mechanical and thermal tests.
• Develop, assemble, and maintain test setups per specs and standards.
• Execute battery cell and component-level reliability tests per procedures.
• Perform mechanical tests: shock, impact, compression, tensile, bending, drop.
• Conduct controlled heating and thermal exposure tests.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and maintain test records.
• Document SOPs and lab safety procedures; update as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate calibration/maintenance.
• Generate test summaries and communicate results to engineering teams.
• Maintain lab equipment, tools, and inventory with safety in mind.
