Kaleidoscope is seeking a Sr. Technician (Mechanical and Thermal Testing) in Cupertino, CA to execute battery cell and component-level stress and reliability testing in support of engineering test programs.

The role will involve developing test setups, documenting SOPs, preparing samples, executing tests and reporting results. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with mechanical stress tests, heating testing, and operating Instron testing equipment, and will contribute to a robust

Competenze

• Experience with battery cell and component-level stress and reliability testing.
• Experience operating Instron testing equipment.

Mansioni

• Develop and install test setups in accordance with technical standards.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare test samples, execute tests, and record/report results.
• Perform mechanical testing including shock, compression, bending, tensile, and drop testing.
• Perform controlled heating testing.
