Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- 7–10 years of product development or engineering experience.
- Experience developing electro-mechanical products from concept through production.
- Strong understanding of multi-discipline engineering principles.
- Ability to lead complex engineering workstreams with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex battery-pack product development activities from concept through production and launch.
- Develop and refine product requirements, specifications, interfaces, and technical acceptance criteria.
- Influence product architecture and resolve mechanical, electrical, thermal, and packaging interfaces.
- Lead design reviews, testing, and issue-resolution across engineering functions.
- Drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions for issues.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across workstreams.
