Job summary
Navitas Systems LLC is seeking a Lead Product Engineer to drive the design, development, release and validation of battery packs for customized industrial and low-voltage automotive applications. You will translate user requirements into specifications, perform safety analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust product definitions and validated designs.

Qualifications
- Review customer requirements and develop technical system specifications.
- Lead the safety analyses (HARA, DFMEA, FMEDA) of the project.
- Coordinate with test and simulation teams to plan verification and validation.
- Ensure compliance to ISO, UL and other specifications as required.
