The role emphasizes system-level design, robust problem solving, and development of integration guides and procedures to ensure successful product realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or international equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of battery systems and integration for customer applications.
• Use robust problem solving to resolve and improve designs.
• Evaluate designs with simulations and thermal/structural analyses.
• Assist in procurement and builds of system hardware; document improvements.
• Create application/integration guides and assembly procedures with customers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers to enable APQP processes.
• Contribute to battery system development, FMEAs and risk assessments.
