Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in product development.
• Knowledge of design for manufacturability and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Battery Module and BDU design teams across mechanical, thermal, and electrical disciplines.
• Plan and execute development programs, test planning, cost budgeting, and schedules.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management throughout projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional partners on decisions.
• Support IP protection and enterprise product delivery while meeting milestones.
