Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a Project Manager for the Fort Stewart BASOPS project. You will manage the contract, lead planning and execution, and allocate personnel and resources to meet requirements in facilities and systems on contract buildings and grounds.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale maintenance contracts in government settings, budgeting, supervision of up to 300 staff, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional certifications in facilities management preferred.
• Experience managing large military/government maintenance contracts.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development, implementation, and management of the contract.
• Manage facilities maintenance, roads & grounds, and related support.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract data requirements.
• Coordinate with Government Customer and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership on safety, quality, and environmental policies.
