Job summary

CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC in Fort Leonard Wood, MO seeks a Project Manager to lead Base Operations Support (BOS) services, directing contract performance, transition activities, and liaison with Government stakeholders.

The PM will establish the PMO, oversee quality control, workforce staffing, and compliance with FAR/DFARS and Army regs, ensuring timely deliverables and mission support on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management.
• Minimum five years of base support management or similar contract experience.
• Obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1 investigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site BOS contract operations and performance.
• Serve as central contact for contract operations, including after hours.
• Direct daily execution of contract requirements and ensure compliance.
• Lead startup, transition-in/out, and onboarding of personnel and assets.
• Maintain PMO and QCP; manage staffing and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables and management reports.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and installation personnel.
• Provide PM’s name to Contracting Officer and designate alternates.
• Attend post-award conferences and performance evaluations.
• Prepare meeting minutes and management reports.
