Schneider Electric in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem region seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Building Automation System projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality BAS installations on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in building automation or related technical fields, strong leadership and financial management skills, and a PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, construction, mechanical, electrical, or related technical industries.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, contract administration, and construction practices.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC controls and the ability to interpret control system drawings and schematics.
• Demonstrated financial management and project budgeting experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and drive results.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage Building Automation projects from kickoff through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead project turnovers and reviews throughout all project phases.
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, meeting minutes, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and issue logs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional project delivery.
• Resolve project issues through field surveys, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Schneider Electric's project management community.
