Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to back our system integrators and end-user customers from a remote, home-based position with company-paid travel. You will collaborate with regional sales managers to manage commitments and stay aligned with product capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of Tridium Niagara, HVAC control, and IP networking. You will support new product introductions, trainings, and industry events while helping customers adopt advanced technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tridium Niagara Framework and EC-Net (Distech) deployments.
• Strong HVAC fundamentals and ability to write control programs.
• Clear ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product SME for Sales Team and support activities.
• Lead tech-focused sessions, webinars, and trainings.
• Assist onboarding of new customers and system integrators.
