The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tridium/Niagara software and control systems. Responsibilities include delivering efficient BAS operations, providing technical support, and meeting travel requirements of 18-26 weeks per year. The position offers a competitive salary range of $100K - $115K, a guaranteed annual bonus, and the flexibility of remote work when not traveling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Building Automation Controls, Sales, and/or Project Management.
• 3+ years in field device programming.
• Expert knowledge in BAS skills like BACnet and Modbus protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver startup and execution for BAS projects.
• Create programming logic and system user interfaces.
• Provide on-site and remote support to customers.

Skills

Experience with Tridium/Niagara (N4)

Knowledge of control systems

Proficient in MS-Word and MS-Excel

Field Device Programming

BAS and MEP drawing interpretation

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering
