Honeywell Technologies in Duluth, GA is seeking a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician to lead complex BAS installations, commissioning, maintenance and optimization across building automation and life-safety integrations. You will serve as a technical resource for field teams and customers, delivering high-quality service on-site.

The role emphasizes advanced problem solving, systems integration, safety compliance, and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service experience with BAS, HVAC controls, or related building technologies.
• Strong BAS installation, programming, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience diagnosing complex control systems, networks, sensors, actuators, and interfaces.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and system architectures.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex problems, implement corrective actions, and support escalated issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to explain technical issues clearly.
• Willingness to work on-site in the field and comply with safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead advanced installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and optimization of BAS and related technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex BAS issues involving controllers, networks, and interfaces.
• Provide on-the-job guidance to field technicians to improve troubleshooting and service quality.
• Configure, test, and commission BAS for proper operation and integration.
• Support BAS with fire alarm, life safety, security, and other building systems as needed.
• Interpret drawings and engineering documents to resolve field challenges.
• Conduct advanced system testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate service activities with management, engineering, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports per Honeywell procedures.
