Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to lead field service activities for Building Automation systems at our Augusta site. You will install, maintain, and repair BAS, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior technicians to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining service records, and upholding safety standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BAS field service experience in commercial/industrial facilities.
• 2+ years of hands-on with building control systems (HVAC, sensors, actuators, DDC controllers).
• 2+ years of troubleshooting building automation, controls, networking, and system integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of BAS.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure safety compliance.
