Qualifications

• 2+ years of Field Service Technician experience in BAS installations, commissioning, and maintenance.
• 2+ years of hands-on BAS hardware including HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, DDC controllers, energy management technologies.
• 2+ years troubleshooting complex BAS and network integration issues while meeting SLAs.
• 2+ years using diagnostic tools, software applications, programming and commissioning tools for BAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service technicians.
