Job summary

Beau's Bar by Yellow Rose Kendra Scott is seeking a personable bartender to craft cocktails, pours, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and hospitality. You will engage guests, offering recommendations and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment within a premium retail setting.

Responsibilities include bar upkeep, inventory management, POS transactions, and collaboration with the store team to ensure smooth service while upholding liquor laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Flexible schedule and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs for restocking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming inclusive environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies.
• Stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
• Uphold all liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service.
